- What are Localphone Vouchers?

Localphone Vouchers are a new way of passing on discounts and promotional sales on to our customers. As you maybe aware at Localphone we attempt to keep our prices as low as possible and pass on price reductions directly onto our customers.
This new Voucher feature is designed to help us pass on saving and reductions as smoothly as hassle free as possible.
At present this is a new feature and we currently do not have any promotions in circulation. If we do have any promotions or price drops to the destinations you call we will pass these on to you directly via email or promotional advertising.

For the Direct Dial method of calling to work we need to be able to see the number you are calling from, we need to see your Caller ID. Please double check that your Caller ID is enabled by calling a mobile from this phone and checking that you can see your number being presented correctly on the mobile phone.
If you are asked for your account number and pin its because we can not see your Caller ID and you need to make your call as though you are calling through the Localphone’s Calling Card service. Please see http://www.localphone.com/dashboard/calling_card after logging into your Localphone account for more details an you current pin.

As part of our commitment to security we occasionally require users to verify their details by splitting a payment into two random amounts. Since you are the only person that has access to your bank account / credit card statement, you are the only person that can discover these two amounts.
