How long does it take to process an order?

Where possible we try to automate the process and it shouldn’t take long for credit to appear on your account.

If there are problems with an order and it is flagged for manual review it can take up to a few hours depending on the time of day, we are based in the UK, but do have agents in other timezones processing
orders.
